I notice many Brazilian visitors on our site and wished someone would leave a comment. My father visited Rio a long time ago and had some much good to say about the country. I have not seen many bloggers write about the South American coastline and I am curious, what would it be like? The few that have been to Rio only has bad experiences to relay but that does not necessarily mean it is an accurate review of the entire continent or Brazil as a whole. I hear it is poverty stricken and therefore crime is a reality but can it be worse than in SA?
Somewhere along the South American coast would certainly be a natural first stop should we get to cross the Atlantic and I would not mind starting in Argentina, Buenos Aires. Next up would be Montevideo in Uruguay following the trail to the Rio Grande. I want to visit every song in my heart right up to Puerto Rico, Cuba until I can compare the trip with what we will find in the Caribbean.
I wonder… I think we need to do some research.
